I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order placed on [**/july/****] with Order ID: [*****]. The order was scheduled for delivery by [Expected Delivery], but I have not yet received it.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the order status has not been updated and no delivery has been made. This delay is causing me inconvenience.
I request you to kindly:
Ensure prompt delivery at the earliest.
If delivery is not possible, initiate a full refund at the earliest.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and confirm the resolution.
