I have placed an order from Tanotis.com where before placing the order they provided an not provided any ETA. After placing the order I quickly sent them an email asking for a proper timeline but I got no defined timeline from them so for the same, I have raised a ticket against them on support "Ticket ID - *****". However I hadn't received any fixed delivery date and they told me that the ETA is displayed before placing order so I get back to their website and checked that the time is ** days (I didn't seen it while I'm placing the order). On the **th day I again asked them for a timeline as the order is still being processed by the seller and yet to dispatch (The status is still not updated). I sent few emails to them regarding the status and they reverted on **th day that it is delayed and will be dispatched on priority but it was not dispatched as of now. Today the ** day time is over an nothing has been updated and no one is picking the call on their support number and no one is bothered to reply to the emails.
I'm ready to take legal help as they just rolled my money without providing any updates. I have heard about your website that you all guys are really helpful for many peoples in these type of cases. Any help from your side will be highly appreciated and I will surely recommend people to use this website on need (If I get any help)
