Ese gate - Order is not delivered

I have ordered study material for gate physics from esegate.com site on
** August **** and paid the money online through upi . Till today they have not delivered my study material nor receiving any calls. I have complained many times to their sites mail but there also not giving any reply to my mails. Please help me, my order no is - #*****. They donts have any contact number where, i can call them to solve my issues. Please help me in refunding my amount. I dont know their policy of supplying the notes in soft copy, that way, i ordered and waiting for hard copy notes. Please help
