LongTail Procurement Solutions Pvt Ltd picknpack in - Order is not delivered

I am Gourab Saha from Siliguri, West Bengal. * days ago, on **th September, **** I have placed an order for Flipkart Printed Courier Bags *X* inch with POD Jacket (QTY. *** PCS) from www.picknpack.in website and made the payment through my SBI credit card. But till now not get any update on this. I have mailed on there support mail id *-* times. Not get a single reply. Then I have contacted the customer support number,. now they told me this item is not available which you have order, please take another item. I have told them I don't need another product, give me the same or initiate the refund. But the support team informed me refund is not possible and I have to take another item.

Requested to you please look into this matter and help me to get the amount back.
