Nestroot - Order is not delivered and customer service not responding and not reachable now

I had placed order with Nestroot on *th Sept for * products. * products got delivered but the *rd product which is Lounge chair of ***** INR was supposed to be delivered on **th September. But the chair is not delivered as of **th September and customer care is not reachable now.
