I had placed order of Rs ***. Delivery boy called me for but I was driving so not able receive call. He directly return the parcel to delivery partner and Zomato apply penalty charges *** rs to me. Delivery boy didn't come to my building .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
