Dez cosplays - Order is damaged

I have ordered a customized suit for cosplaying a character at the HYDERABAD COMIC CON, and the costume maker charged me *,*** rupees, i paid *,*** as advance and **** after the completion of the suit, after completing the payment she sent me the order through indian post from Hyderabad to Vizianagaram.
The suit is damaged and the stitches are coming off when I didn't even wear the whole suit. I have immediately informed the maker. There's an odd grey paint marks on the white suit which it not at all expected.... every part of the suit has a flaw. There are a few people who faced issues with the maker before.
I requested for a refund but the costume maker is denying. Please help me, I lost *,***.
