Renuka Srivastav filed complaint against Global Desi on Aug 16, 2019
I had placed an online order with Global desi (order is: **********) on **th July ****.
I got the order confirmation sms from Global Desi and the transaction confirmation message from bank.
But the status of my order was changed to cancelled within the next day without sending any notification to me.
When I tried to reach out their customer support team, they came back after * week saying they have not received the payment and hence the order was cancelled.
When I checked with the bank, they confirmed that the amount was deducted and credited to global desi.
Now even after sharing all the information with them, the global desi team is not at all responding to my concern.
More than the money, it is the poor customer service that is causing the distress to me.
I have requested for a refund but the Anita Dongre team doesn’t agree.
Can you please help me with this issue?
