Greetings for the day
I have ordered the under mentioned n the details are as follows :
Out for Delivery: Beet Q** Pro Smart Watch with tracking ID PKRC********** will be delivered today by an EKART Service Partner (call ***********, PIN ***). Please pay Rs.***.* by cash.
I paid cash rs. ***/- and the watch for what I had ordered was a smartwatch and what I got through your delivery partners was the one shown in the pictures ???
Please note that this is not fair at all n yes please refund my money immediately in the same number through paytm n get the watch which you got delivered returned n I want the watch I got ordered for immediately.
Please do the needful as soon as possible
Please note that this is not to be taken so normal but very seriously n or else we shall be forced to take further actions for the same n then don't blame us for it.
The customer service forum is already kept in cc FYI.
Do the needful n revert back on this asap
This kind of nonsense is not to be taken by us. Please send us our refund n the original product for which we ordered for ok
When we recd. The packet we saw this product packed which we never ordered plz stop making people fools by taking the orders online n stop being like a company from New Delhi who are big cheaters n biggest thieves or robbers plz send my product ordered, if you guys cant deliver the things shown over the advertisements then please stop showing it to people n if yes then deliver the real products shown in it please stop making us fools understand this very well ok ...
