I booked an order ORDER ID: ***** on **th July ****.
Product Code :**********, tis product should idealy delivered on Address Details
Name : K Shantilata Patra
Address : **/***, Road * Lane *, Gadamahavir vihar, Old Town, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, ******, Bhubaneswar - ******, ODISHA which was never happened.
I received a delivery message of the following product on **th July **** and immediately I called the customer and wrote a complain against of the wrong mesaage of delivery and product not being delivered on the confirmed address on **th July ****. Since then as per my call history I contacted customer care more than ** times in interval of */* working days as per their resolution : we have escalated your problem/concern to higher managemnt and you will get your product or refund with in */* working days" which is till not responded.
It was such a pathatic experience of talking to customer care as they all wioth their supervisors are of same answer and putting the call on holds. And it is eve very painfull to conect in customer care as it takes **/** mins to be conected.
Every time they have given me mental harashment of hanging up with same answer and respond/resolution of the complain. Till now neither I received any product nor any refund .
I am requesting to take necessary strick action against of this so that thwy should not cheat other customers and wasteage of time , money and menatl peac can be pace.
