I have purchased mars cosmetics from their site. Yesterday */**/**** I got a call from a lady mentioning she is from Mars cosmetics and she said our payment was hold and not able to process the order and she asked us to pay again. But I couldn't find any update on this on your website or any notification received. So i request you to confirm the order status, or if any issue with the order please cancel it and refund my money back.
