Deeksha filed complaint against Meesho on Jul 8, 2021
My order was delivered on *th of July and still not showing delivered in the app due to which I am unable to return it. The complaint was also raised ******** which has also not been solved yet.
I have called multiple times to your customer support and no one is able to resolve the issue and instead they speak rudely to the customers (Name of the person Ravi who did not have the etiquettes how to deal with people).
I have been a regular customer but after this incident I will have to rethink before buying anything from Meesho. Pathetic service and pathetic customer support.
Resolve my issue as soon as possible and refund my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
