I ordered some parts for my bike on *th of June . They clearly said it would take *-* days to dispatch the product . Today is **th and it hasn't processed yet , plus they say one of the product are in backorder and it would take atleast *-** days to clear . For that one part i have to wait for a month?? Their customer service is the worse ever . They won't reply to your mails and I can't cancel or refund the order it's a disaster . If anyone of you want to consider purchasing from **rpm , don't . Just don't do it
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
