I ordered one t-shirt from Savana but on the day of delivery they said my order got cancelled due to out of stock. They said my payment will be refunded within *-* weeks but it didn't. I then wrote a complaint in their cistomer service they said the same thing again, that my payment will be refunded soon but it didn't refund even half of my money at all.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
