Nurserylive.com - Order got cancelled automatically and no refund was initiated

NLV********** this is my order ID. I have ordered * plants from this website and have been waiting to receive those but, one day all of a sudden I've received a mail saying my order got cancelled and no refund was initiated. I've tried every possible way to communicate with their support team but they did not respond. After searching the reviews about this site I've come to know that I'm not the only one to face this online fraud but there're ****'s of other customers going through this fraud. They mandatorily put only online payments on their website which is why I've paid the amount but instead of the plants I've received a cancellation mail. Being a plant lover this really means a lot to me. I request immediate action against such fraudulent websites so as to prevent many other innocent customers from going through this mental trauma and money loss.
