I placed an order for Philips Beard Trimmer on ** Feb **** [Order# ****]. I received an e-mail stating that my order got cancelled. Order got cancelled on *st March, but till now I haven't received the refund amount. I placed a number of e-mails to them to their mail id: mobiclues*u@gmail.com but not received any update related to my refund amount. I even tried to call them on ****-******* but it was not reachable.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
