Maine **/**/**** ko www.shopingkaro.com ki website se Redmi note * pro ka mobile order kiya tha jiska payment maine BHIM UPI se Rs.**,***/- kiya tha. Mera order id no. ********* hai aur order delivery *-* din me ho jayenge aisa message bhi aaya. Par * din ke baad website band ho gayi aur order cancel ho gaya. Refund *-* din me aa jayenge aisa vo promise kiya tha par abhi * mahine se jayda ho gaye abhi tak mere refund nahi aaye. Maine BHIM UPI ke head office me baat ki vo bole ki tumhare rupay ka transaction Kotak Mahindra Bank me hua. Please mere refund lane me help kijiye.
