Flipkart Quick delivery Order ID OD****************** dt *nd Apr ****.
Off Late, it is seen that Flipkart's Razar payment system not functioning properly and thus orders are not placed even after receiving payment.
On *nd Apr ****, I had placed said order, the payment was done and debited to my bank account, but, the order neither placed nor confirmed/ delivered.
Such lapses are repeatedly happening in case of order on Flipkart.
inspite of several calls and email, no action or reply from Flipkart, A sum of Rs ***/- is yet to be refunded. My question is that, "why Flipkart is still holding my money when the order is not placed/delivered".
This is a serious issue as, apparently, thousands of such customers money would have been stuck and held with Flipkart. Please "Be careful"and try avoid buying from such agencies ( even if they claim to give discounts)
This is my personal experience and hence wanted to create awareness among the Public.
If any one can guide me as to how to inform this to concerned authorities so that the general public can get their interest safe guarded, also avoid such big names from enjoying on public money.
