I ordered a set of combo of some chains and an ice cream necklace on ** September. It's been since then, there was no order tracking service provided on their site. I sent some Gmail's and also dm them on instagram but there is not response from their site. Please let them know that they should provide customers with proper details and should respond quickly.

I want to return my product as it is totally really irrelevant to which they shown in the website, but i'm unable to see the return options in their website. I want the product to be returned and refund amount.
