KFC - Order didn t received and no customer support

I have ordered Wednesday stripes on kfc app on **/**/**** by **.** pm. Order was placed and estimated time to be delivered is given as **.** pm.waited for ** minutes after the estimated time and then called them no response to call . Have tried * times no response.its been more than ** minutes no updates about order.
