1 mg - Order delivery issue

Actually I ordered medicines by online website *mg at **-*-**** (**.** pm) and it promises to deliver me on **-**-**** but I have not received any order on **-**-****. In website it's showing delivered when I went to file a complaint. There is no customer care number. After that, I filed a complaint by company's mail but company give me a reply after * days and told me to ask your watchman any other person like that but don't take any strict action about that. I have need of those medicines but I don't do anything. Please help me.
