Domino pizza delhi - Order delivered late Cold and bad in taste

Placed otdrt This was so disappointing the kind of service domino is providing to their customer . I place a order at *.** pm order no *** and received it at *.**pm after se atal follow ups that too cold and white flour dust on all over pizza.. it’s was too bad in taste

This was not it .. later when I called to complaint this on customer care number they told me store will call me and can give solution. Even after several requests to connect to escalation team executive kept me on hold. I was on call with him for ** min , he told me his name Rajesh but did not give any solution. I am attaching call log to check .

I realised that instead making my life comfortable I did mistake . This order was prepaid and customer support team know that customer is not physically present to complaint , you can say anything just to attend the call.

Customer need solution and sevice not false commitments.
