Ordered delivered around *.**pm
With missing item in it (cheesy dip)
Asked delivery, agent said that they would bring it from store now its *.** pm still waiting without having a bite and to receive item of my list
I need explanation for the delay and heatless food
I genuinely request refund
And take necessary actions regarding the same
