Pepperclub - Order confirms not received and product not delivered

Hello Sir/Madam,
I placed an order for couple T-shirt’s worth ***/- on **/**/**** on Pepperclub site and money was debited from my account but I didn’t receive any confirmation mail and I tried to reach the contact mentioned on the site but no one is attending call if it rings or else it is switched off. They provided an email address and there is no response for my mail as well and I waited if I will receive any call or email or my order and nothing happened.Upon checking Facebook reviews, I came to know it is a fraud website. Please help me with the refund and block this company so that customers are further not cheated. Thanks in advance.
