Erin collection - Order confirms but product not Received or order status not found

I placed an order for Two Style Dream Airsofa PVC * Seater Inflatable sofa (Colour Balck) worth ***/- on **.**.**** on erincollection.com site and money was debited from my account but I didn’t receive any confirmation mail and I tried to reach the contact mentioned on the site regarding order. I was tried to call but call not connected. I waited if I will receive any call or email or my order and nothing happened. Please help me with the refund and block this company so that customers are further not cheated. Thanks in advance.
