Erincollection com - Order confirms but product not Received or order status not found

I placed an order for single Style Dream Airsofa PVC * Seater Inflatable sofa (Colour Balck) worth ***/- on **.**.**** on erincollection.com site and money was debited from my Credit Card but I didn’t receive any confirmation mail and I tried to reach the contact mentioned on the site or also mark mail regarding order. I was tried to call but call not connected. They provided an email address and there is no response for my mail as well and I waited if I will receive any call or email or my order and nothing happened. Please help me with the refund and block this company so that customers are further not cheated. Thanks in advance.
