Www.lustrbeauty.com - Order charged but not confirmed

I was going through Instafram when this ad pops up which gives a new year deal for buying sample sized cosmetics with only paying shipping . I added a few items to the cart and added the details required and as i entered my card deatils the website charged my card without confirming/ providing any order deatils. It didnt ask for OTP as well !!
I immediately video called the seller from its Instagram account but no response. I wrote message too about the incident and asking to confirm order details. Also wrote an email about the same. But to no avail till this hour.
So here i'm reporting the incident looking like a complete fraud.
Please help to get my money back.
