Dominos - Order cancelled without approval

I ordered two Pizza of Worth rs***/- @*:** pm on **/**/****. The executive named PRATYUSHA DANALAKOTA with phone number ********** called me and said that my location was out of their delivery location after they made me paid for the order. Now they cancelled my order without my approval and i didn't received my refund amount. The customer executive is not even lifting the call.
