I placed two orders with Maccaron for both cases amount was deducted from my account and I got a successful transaction message from my account but Maccaron was showing payment failed. I have reached out to them multiple times but there is no response from them except for an automated email.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
