I had ordered baby foldable sofa whose order id is ORDER#******************, order date * jan delivery date ** january **** but still today ** january **** order not delivered, i called up regularly to customer care they are not supporting, and they are not sure when will be refund the same amount. Customer care executive told me your order already cancelled on **th January **** but on meesho app showing order shipped and reached to panipat .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
