Lakshita fashion - Order cancelled by themselves and refund not initiated

I ordered product from lakshita...after few days they cancel d order due to out of stock..which is still showing in stock on site...even after that no refund is initiated...talked to customer care no. Of times...but no output... completely exhausted... pathetic service...very bad site...
