Mobiclues - Order cancelled and no refund was given

I have ordered one "boat BassHeads *** in-Ear Super Extra Bass Headphones (Black) × *" on Feb **, ****. After order placed successfully an amount Rs ***.** deducted from my credit card with Order ID #****. After * days on *th Mar **** got a message from Mobiclues. <mobiclues*u@gmail.com> that order was cancelled explaining in the email below:

As we started our own courier company but courier returned as in middle sir as your city is not covered under our own courier brand Mobikart as we refunded amount as it will take minimum * to * days to reflect as sir we are really sorry as soon we are going to tie up with Delhivery courier as on Friday as till your amount also will come back in your account we will inform you by email so can rebuy the product.
