Pumashop.In - Order cancelled and full refund not provided

I had ordered puma product from pumashop.in on *rd Jan **** amounting to Rs. ****/-. Later on, the order was cancelled by puma saying that the product is not available with them and the amount will be refunded within *-* working days. On **th Jan ****, they refunded the amount amounting to Rs. ****/- which is *** less than the original amount. Since then I am following with Puma Customer Care but no resolution at all till date. Please look into this matter.
