Kalra Furnitures, Panchkuian Furniture Market - Order cancelled after delaying for two weeks

I visited Kalra Furnitures thrice before we finalized a deal with him. This was on */**/****. He promised to deliver a bed in *-* days. After delaying it for ** days, he told us that he couldn't deliver the bed. Visiting him thrice required me and my parents to take offs from offices. We spent petrol. And the biggest cost is the emotional torture. Getting a house done is a big deal for people. And people like Mr Kalra who fool people and cause inconvenience to them must understand how we, the common men, suffer.
