Accho - Order cancellation before but refusing to refund to source account

I have ordered the dresses of ₹**** but later I got the review’s that they do not take refund’s and add on we have to pay for size exchange not even product exchange. In their policy there was written they accept the order cancellation before **hrs and refund the amount and I have done that as per their policy mailed them, issued ticket’s before ** hrs but they didn’t respond back or took any actions and now they are refusing to make refund in my account but they are giving on their credit note with wrong amount they are scamming to the customers and fooling uss please help me and make my refund back
