I have placed an order and wanted to change the delivery address I tried calling them there is no response. I sent * -* emails regarding the same still no response. I also tried to message on WhatsApp there is no communication from their end. Therefore I want to cancel my order and they are not responding to me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
