Kwabay - Order canceled and amount refund wallet balance

I placed an order for t-shirts on the Kwabey website and made a prepaid payment of ₹***. The order was prepared but was subsequently canceled by the seller. Instead of refunding the money directly to my original payment method, the amount was moved into the website's store wallet.
Now, whenever I try to use the wallet or make a transaction, the website blocks it with a popup stating: "Technical wallet error. Try again after sometime."
I have repeatedly tried to reach out to their customer support via phone calls and emails, but they are completely unresponsive—they are not answering calls or replying to my messages. I am filing this complaint to get a full refund of my ₹*** back to my original payment source/bank account
