Shopdealclue.com - Order automatically got cancelled but order amount is not reverted to bank account

I have ordered (*****#) the Philips trimmer and payment also done.
But now I can see this order status as cancelled not sure why it got cancelled I already done payment an all. As order status is cancelled but payment amount (*,***/-) was not reverted to my bank account.
I sent various email to them but no one is responding on the same.
Its really frustrating experience.
