I ordered Huda Beauty Rose Gold Palette - Remastered on April **, **** from fixchase.com by paying INR ****. The company's website is down and the person from the customer support team tried to loot me by connecting my UPI with OTP authentication when I asked for a refund by misguiding me. They further threatened me saying I do not have to share this incident with anyone when I caught them red-handed. I am looking for a refund as the company failed to deliver the product and denying in delivering so.
