Zemonza studio - Order 7265 never delivered

I have placed order on ** Sep for clothes of amount ****.** and the order id is #****
Since last ** days no update on order status and no delivery. I tried to contact customer care but no reply. Even send email to register email id however no response. I would like to cancel the order ans get my money refund.
