clothero - Order 5379 from ClothEro is not received

I have purchased products worth ***/- in ClothEro on Oct **th, after that i didn't receive any mail or message from them. I have send a notification to them in their website itself to provide the status of our delivery. But no answer from them as of now. Please help us and revert our money.
