Hero electric vehcile pvt limited - Optimx cx scooter batry problm

I was new purchased one hero optima electric scooter dated **.*.**** with * yesr warranty fromhero electric dealer guru naanak automobiles . Putligarh .amritsar. from one month there is big problm occour in scooter while running after *km scooter stop on road everytime. When i go to dealer from which i was bought this scooter and ask for dolve this problm .but they give a negetive responding. * times in one month i was gone to dealer service technician . But everytime their staff not coprate. Lastly they diganose my vehcile problm . At the end it was cleared batry problm occured. It need to replace with new one . But dealer never replace a batry with new one. Sir i m very tierd with this matter. I felt suffered from mental agony. I m getting harras by your dealer negetive responding. Kindly for the sake of your company image nd brand please solve my vehicle problm by replace a batry with new one. I hope yours company will solve custmer problm in the shape of justice. Otherwise i will go for legel process against company. Dealar. Service head.
