I have OPPO Reno * Pro phone which cost
Rs. ***** bought in YR **** and till last week it was working good. All of sudden in last week green vertical line started coming in the display screen and unable to use continuously.
When I investigated in detail I came to know OPPO, VIVO and One Plus is all manufactured by one parent company having a software issue and getting converted into as hardware failure resulting in display issue (Green vertical line).
I have approached OPPO authorized service centre in Porur and they agree there is an issue and OPPO Reno * Pro they have an formal notice to change the display but for Reno* Pro still no information to them. They took my phone and noticed minor other damages on outer case and saying it cannot be claimed because of these damages as a reason even though which is not relevant to this display issue.
This approach is very unprofessional from reputed OPPO company and they should be very professional in addressing the issue made by company to all the customers.
Expecting support for replacement of display at free of cost and warn them to behave in a professional manner to the genuine customers.
Hoping for the positive feedback.
