As a healthcare provider, it is imperative that you maintain the trust and confidence of your patients. The delay in processing my refund is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your institution.

I request that you address this issue immediately and ensure that the refund is processed without any further delay. I expect to receive the refund within the next ** hours. Failure to do so will compel me to escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
