Bluelady - Online wrong package delivered and company not responding for refund exchange

I had purchased online clothes blueladyindia, which was delivered on december ****. But the products are completely different from what i had ordered, the products are of old quality and torn. I had initiated exchange/refund as per their policy, but it has been more than ** days and there is no response from company end. I request you to kindly see into it as i doubt it is a Genuine company and please try to refund my amount.
