I have made an order on the website www.loungelives.com for an amount of INR ****.** on ****-*-** but I haven’t received the package yet. I have tried contacting the merchant but i am mot getting any reply. Also, the website seems fraud since the link for facebook, instagram page does not work. I would be grateful if you can look into this and help me get my refund for this order. The transaction id is **************.
The contact number for loungelives.com is +************ which I got after googling but the person doesn’t address the query professionally
The payment is done through the payment gateway payu. I have contacted them as well for the refund but they are not looking into my complaint which is very wrong on the part of Payu as well. The RBI has mandated the payment gateways to follow strict background checking procedures before on boarding merchants and assign a nodal officer to address customer complaints regarding fraud on their payments but they are not complying with RBI’s mandate.
