I had booked two way air ticket for travel from Pune to Cochin and Cochin to Pune (travel date: **/July/**** and return date ** July ****) through the website https://www.travolook.in/
Book Flights Tickets Online, Flights Booking for Domestic & International Destinations.
Booking Reference generated from the website: REF********. The ticket price was INR ****/, which I paid through net banking got transferred from my HDFC Bank Account No. ************** to an entity named WING IN travel
Immediately afterwards, a person called me up on my mobile, ostensibly from the said company, and informed that the said ticket could not be booked for last minute fare revision by the concerned airline (Indigo in this case). They do not lift the phone (No +**-***-*******). I have called this no at least fifty times. They do not respond to e-mails. After writing more than ten e-mails (Mail Id: support@travolook.in). There was an additional number ********** mentioned in the booking receipt.
This is a fraud company operating under online travel portal, and have cheated many people across India. There are many complaints from the customer on various online platform.I want to file FIR against this company so that in near future other people will not lose their money through this fraudulent activity. Therefore I requested to kindly register my complaint against this a fraud company
I shall be obliged if you kindly take action to recover my amount from the fraudster
