Yogi general store - Online transaction fraud

I have purchased *** rupees product from Yogi general store Agra Uttar Pradesh mob no (**********)on *nd June **** I paid *** on UPI and this payment done successfully from my side but he said he didn't receive any money so I pay him *** with cash in condition that he would.sent me statement after ** hours so after one day I call him and he denied to sent his bank statement but I sent him all related documents which proof that payment has done successfully and he blocked my number. so please help me to return my money this is totally misbehave with customer. Plz action on this complaint as soon as possible .
