Make My Trip.com - Online transaction failed but money got deducted

I tried booking a flight from Delhi to Dimapur on the **th of March **** using online transaction and meanwhile I was making the payment, the payment failed and no tickets were booked but money was debited from my bank account and i still haven't received the refund.
