Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Tickets were booked for our staff at ksrtc.in
PNR No.J******** & PNR No. J******** dtd **-**-****. Due to urgency ticket booked an hour back before departure. However after booking and payment the website screen showed server error, but the amount was debited. Without realizing that booked again in * minutes for the same passengers and the result was same, but saw in the sms that bot the times amount was debited. Tried to cancel the *nd PNR ticket immediately, but the website was not allowing to cancel with the messsage that booked tickets cannot be cancelled within * hrs of departure. So emailed to ksrtc yesterday before departure itself awatar@ksrtc.org,
onlinerefund@ksrtc.org. But they are not ready to refund telling that site has no issue it seems.
The website screen display after booking server error. Hence rebookked agin and unable to cancel.
Kindly refund the same for the PNR NO.J********. Passenger is travelling for the PNR No.J********.
